In this work, the panther arrives at Lake Como. The vivid red of the tennis court transforms the serenity of the landscape into an unexpected setting, where architecture, nature and the animal world coexist beyond conventional logic.

To one side, an ochre house with clean lines nestles among the cypresses and mountains. Its dark doorway hints at a hidden, mysterious space, while its geometry extends the order of the court and contrasts with the surrounding natural landscape.

The panther’s free, instinctive presence disrupts this order as it moves directly towards the viewer. A tension emerges between the built environment and the wild, between control and freedom. As throughout the series, the panther acts as an extension of the artist: moving through real and imagined landscapes, it embodies freedom, inner strength and the determination to move forward.
